3. Membership and Access

By subscribing to a TradeSense membership, you gain access to educational content, resources, and community features as described on the Membership page. Membership is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the membership service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

4. Subscription and Payment

Membership is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member content until the end of the period for which you have paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TradeSense website and within the member area, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and software, is the property of TradeSense Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

You may access and view content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
